Staff were nice and supper friendly at any hour!!

the hotel's location was unbeatable, near the kassel-wilhelmshoehe train station, kassel and herkules and the hercules fountain on the mountain in the distance. the room itself was clean with a weirdly placed mirror provided.

Hotel location excelllent for city stay, not noisy area and very easy to get to centre of Kassel via tram outside hotel. Location of hotel excellent if you are travelling by train (1 minute from Kassel Wilhelmshohe station).

The room seemed to be spacious and fairly quiet with helpful services. Everything was good, including good breakfasts with a bakery👍😃

The staff have been warm, helpful and efficient. The location is great, only 1 minute walk from the Kassel-Wilhelmshoehe train station. Easy access to a great number of trams and buses to the city centre as well as the Castle Wilhelmshoehe, which is definitely worth visiting. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The clean rooms facilitated a comfortable stay, while the close proximity to the train station made my travels convenient. The business corner provided essential resources for my work needs, ensuring I could focus on my meetings.

Limited parking options were a concern.

This hotel is very convenient to the train station. The pass to the public transportation was included with our stay. The staff were all very helpful.

The beds could be more comfortable but they were consistent with other hotels in Germany.

A clean haven with cute staff, I enjoyed my stay. Rooms feature work areas with ample power access. Conveniently located next to the Wilhelmshöhle train station and good dining options nearby. The parking is limited, and Wi-Fi could be better, but overall, it's a solid choice for a short trip.

Having a workout center onsite is important for a business hotel. It doesn't have one in the hotel, you need to go to another location.

The hotel is well positioned for travel by trams/buse and by train from Wilhelmshohe station. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and the restaurant had a good menu. The travel pass, which is free with the booking, was very useful for using all of the local transport

A payment has to be made for using the public internet terminal in the reception area. Most large hotels now offer free access

The room was clean and well insulated, which really helped with noise. I liked the easy access with keycards. And a workspace with power outlets was handy. The seating in the common areas was a bit uncomfortable.

Close to the Wilhelmshoehe Hbf and the tram
